2002 – Present	Vice President of State Relations, Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) and the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation (KHESLC) responsible for legislation and relations with other state agencies.
2001 to 2002	Vice President of Marketing, Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation, responsible for marketing and government relations.  Supervise a staff of four.
1997 – 2001	Director of Community Education, Woodford County Schools, Responsible for continuing education and extensive after-school programs.  Supervised a staff of 20.
1989 – 1996	Director of Admissions, Midway College.  Responsible for marketing and recruiting students to attend a small liberal arts college for women.  Supervised a staff of six.
1975 – 1989	Owner, Ashland Petroleum Distributorship.  Owned and operated a       successful petroleum company in Central Kentucky serving retail businesses, industry, farmers and home owners.
1970 – 1974	United States Air Force.  Served as an instructor of English as a foreign language in Vietnam and as a Management Analyst.
